  • 4-5 weeks training at our state of the art training facility ;

  • Promotional support covering national promotions , local area marketing, advertising, product innovation and PR;
  • Product innovation and PR
  • Your initial franchise fee; and
  • Ongoing franchise support from Retail Food Group.

Agreement term: 5 year term plus an additional 5 years (adapted to suit site lease terms) – Total of 10 years.

Ongoing franchise fee: 6% of gross sales per week

Ongoing marketing contribution: 2.5% of gross sales per week.

Ongoing training contribution: $23 per week

Opening hours: Typically 7 days per week, with hours dependent upon individual locations.

New Stores

The investment range generally for new stores is $360,000 – $480,000 plus GST, including the initial franchise fee.

Established Stores

There are many advantages to taking over an existing store. Established stores have the benefit of already having been set up and maintaining a loyal customer base in a proven site. The selling price of existing stores is set by the current franchisee and will vary as does the price of any existing business.

Conversions

Many factors will determine the cost of converting an existing business to the Brumby’s Bakery franchise system and as such no price range can be offered in this booklet. Please contact us for more information on converting your existing bakery to the Brumby’s Bakery franchise system.

The licence will depend on the size and market potential of the country or region being purchased.
